Hand or machine stretch film - which do I need?

Hand stretch film is for wrapping pallets by hand when volumes are small. Machine film is for pallet wrapping machines when you wrap many pallets a day - it gives consistent quality and lower film consumption.

What thickness of stretch film should I choose?

For most pallets with boxes, 17-23 micron hand film is enough. Heavy, sharp or irregular loads need thicker film. With machine wrapping, thinner pre-stretched film can give the same strength with less material.

PP or PET strapping - what is the difference?

PP strapping is lighter and cheaper, for light and medium loads. PET strapping is much stronger and barely stretches, for heavy loads such as bricks, metal and timber. Steel strapping is for the heaviest loads.

Which is the most durable logo: DTF printing or embroidery?

Embroidery is the most durable and best for workwear washed often. DTF printing is the most flexible for colourful logos and small quantities. AllIndustry has its own DTF printer and embroidery machines.

What are S1, S1P and S3 safety shoes?

S1: toe cap, closed heel, antistatic, energy-absorbing heel - for dry areas. S1P: S1 plus puncture-resistant sole. S3: S1P plus water-resistant upper and cleated sole - for construction and outdoor work.

Why is antistatic clothing mandatory in some workplaces?

In explosive atmospheres (ATEX zones) - fuel stations, gas, chemicals, paint shops, grain silos - a single static spark can ignite gas, vapour or dust. Antistatic clothing certified to EN 1149-5, worn with antistatic footwear, prevents this.

Which PU foam for windows and doors?

Use low-expansion foam such as Tytan Low-Ex - it does not deform the frame. For fast work use a fast-curing product such as Tytan 60 Seconds.

How do I glue EPS and XPS insulation boards?

With an adhesive foam such as Tytan Styro - applied with a gun directly from the can, no mixing or water, faster and lighter than adhesive mortar.

Which tape gives sharp paint lines?

A professional painter's tape such as FrogTape: its PaintBlock technology seals the edge on contact with latex paint, so paint does not bleed under the tape.
